IIP is a national award which recognises organisations that truly "Invest in their People".
IIP’s aim is to improve the productivity of the UK’s workforce through the Investors in People Standard, and believes a holistic view of business, with a focus on skills, training and development, is crucial to business success.
The accreditation is awarded following IIP assessors meeting with Senior Managers and a number of our employees across the business to evaluate whether Remit follows the three fundamental principles:
1. Plan – Do Remit develop strategies to improve the performance of the organisation.
2. Do – Do Remit implement these strategies
3. Review – Do Remit evaluate and adjust these strategies accordingly.
