What is an Apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a job with training that lets you earn while you learn, develop essential industry skills and achieve a nationally-recognised qualification.

This qualification will help you to develop the knowledge and skills required to work as a Customer Service Apprentice.

First impressions count. As a Customer Service Apprentice you will be at the heart of the business, often the face or voice of a company. You will need to enjoy working with people and be prepared to learn the business inside out so that you are able to communicate effectively with customers.
