Training Team Supervisor

Based: Milton Keynes

We currently have a vacancy to join the highly respected and successful Mercedes Benz Training Programme as a Training Team Supervisor.

The role will be based at the Mercedes Benz training centre in Milton Keynes. You will manage a team of trainers to deliver apprentice development to the exacting standards of Mercedes Benz and Remit, ensuring the highest levels of student achievement and workplace competence.

The successful candidate will also need the qualifications and experience to provide internal verification support to the programme and the training skills to deliver some blocks of training (passenger car of commercial vehicle) when required.

You will have D32/D33/D34 “A” and “V” Awards, knowledge of qualification structure, management and supervision experience with recent relevant industrial experience with a minimum of five years in the vocational field.
