Remit F&I provide six specific niche services to UK motor dealerships and the finance & insurance companies that support the motor industry.

F&I 1 - Placement Business Managers
Our main service is Placement Business Managers. This is the provision of recruited, fully trained and managed business managers on an outsource contract to UK motor dealerships.

F&I 2 - Recruitment Services
Our recruitment service is dedicated to F&I and focussed on the sourcing of finance & insurance related personnel for motor dealerships, motor finance houses and the insurance companies that provide motor dealership products such as Gap Insurance and Motor Warranty.

F&I 3 - Training Services
Our training services deliver bespoke learning programmes in areas such as customer service, finance & insurance, Financial Service Authority compliance (FSA), sales and general dealership management together with personal skills such as team work, leadership, time management, planning and communication.

F&I 4 - Remote
Many dealerships would benefit through the services of a Business Manager but simply do not sell enough vehicles to make it financially viable to have an additional person. For this reason Remit F&I have created the Remote Business Manager programme. Our team of fully trained and qualified Business Managers are provided through a telephone based Business Manager service for your customers.    

F&I 5 - Management
If you have an established Business Manager programme in place, but simply require an external consultancy service to ensure you are maximising from this important area of your business. Our skilled team of F&I Development Managers can visit your dealership on a monthly basis to review performance and ensure your Business Manager programme is achieving optimum performance.

F&I 6 - Re-Placement
You will know that however good your F&I programme is, whenever your Business Manager is on holiday performance suffers, and it takes a few weeks for them to pick up the pieces when they return. We can provide qualified and experienced Business Managers on short-term contracts from 1 to 4 weeks.
