Our People
The Remit IT Academy is staffed by specialist IT tutors that have extensive experience working with young people to develop their IT skills. In addition to their IT experience, all our tutors are qualified teachers and constantly work to develop their own skills and keep up to date in the ever-changing world of IT.
Each tutor is responsible for working with their group – normally 18 apprentices – and delivering all of the key elements of the programme including CompTIA, A+ and the Microsoft Networking Fundamentals and Windows 7 modules.
As well as the tutors, each apprentice and their respective employer will work with a coach. The coach assesses their progress in work and makes sure that their new skills are applied effectively. The coach will visit each apprentice at least every 12 weeks.
