Rob Foulston, Chief Executive

Rob acquired Remit from the Administrators of the Carter & Carter Group PLC in April 2008 in partnership with the RMI and became Chief Executive of the RMI in February 2009. Rob was originally a lawyer in the City and went on to become a Managing Director of Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank and Head of European Distressed Products at Deutsche Bank. Rob left the City in 2005 and now has a number of business interests in the education, media, leisure and automotive sectors.

Rod Castle, Director

Rod Castle Rod was a Director of the Carter & Carter Group for 13 years. He was the first employee to join the founder in 1993 and carried out roles including President of their US business, Group Operations Director, Divisional Managing Director and Head of Strategy and Planning before taking a sabbatical in early 2006. Rod brings a wealth of experience in consulting to vehicle manufacturers, developing new solutions and managing outsource teams.

Daniel Emery, Director

Daniel Emery Daniel was Head of Consulting at Carter & Carter Group for 12 years. Daniel led the strategic consulting activity of the business throughout his time at Carter & Carter and personally delivered major consulting projects for most of the worlds vehicle manufacturer brands. Daniel left Carter & Carter in 2007 to concentrate his efforts on his own consulting business.

Steve Yardley, Chief Operating Officer

Steve is the Chief Operating Officer for the Remit Group. Steve has over 25 years experience within the automotive and outsourcing arena's. In the last 15 years he has been instrumental in developing and managing a number of entrerpreneurial solutions for a variety of businesses. Steve has a proven track record as both a change manager and business start up manager and has been responsible for the establishment operationally of the Remit business.

Mike Yorke, Divisional Director

Mike Yorke Mike has 30 years automotive industry experience with dealer groups, outsourcing and training organisations. He is a qualified accountant and carried out regional and group level automotive finance roles before spending over 7 years in Dealer Principal roles across a number of brands. Mike then spent 10 years with a leading automotive outsourcing business latterly as client director for the automotive division and previously 3 years as Vice president of their US operation. More recently, Mike has spent 2 years as UK and European Sales Director for a major US automotive business.
