It’s Day 4 of National Apprenticeship week and we received some really positive feedback from our Sytner-Mercedes apprentices!

“I am a retail Apprentice working for Mercedes-Benz of Weston-Super-Mare. Within my apprenticeship I will work for set periods of time in every department, and then I will have a year placed in the department to which I am most suited. This allows me to see how all the different areas of the business work together, and to gain experience in every job role. Mercedes benefits from this, as they will be able to develop employees that know the business very well improving efficiency within the business.”
“I am working with Mercedes-Benz and Smart of Northampton within the Sytner group. I am currently doing a Customer Service level 2 apprenticeship. An apprenticeship is a great thing to do because you are getting face to face experience with customers and gaining a qualification out of it at the same time.”
