Summary and Main Purpose: To support the finance team

Key Accountabilities:

·Act as the first point of call for external supplier enquiries

·Source best value products

·Be responsible for the Purchase Order process and adherence to company policy

·Help to maintain records of company lease vehicles, hire cars and fuel cards

·Arrange hire cars for new starters, and the collection of vehicles when no longer required.

·Monitor the office tidiness and proactively arrange repairs as required

·Monitor the Fleet and H&S email inboxes

·Monitor e-learning H&S training and assist in following up any required actions.

·Monitor stock levels (refreshments and stationery)

·Any other reasonable tasks as required by the business

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above including Maths & English

Confident, professional and friendly telephone manner

Experience:

Experience of using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) to manipulate data, search, create and edit documentation

Skills and Knowledge:

Positive attitude and eager to learn new skills

Good communication and presentation skills, oral and written

Good IT skills and proficient knowledge of Excel

Time Management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Attention to detail

Confident and professional with a desire to succeed
