Purpose of Role

We’re looking for a talented audio-visual editor to join our Learning and Development (L&D) team.

Working in a fast-paced office with an enthusiastic and dynamic team, you’ll be primarily responsible for taking raw footage of our development coaches and turning them into engaging learning materials for our learners to hone their chosen craft.

These videos will be uploaded to our internal, interactive leaning platform as well as social media channels.

You’ll be required to maintain our clients’ style and templates, as well as those of ours. You will be editing and subtitling videos accurately to tight deadlines. With occasional liaising with clients and internal stakeholders you’ll be required to storyboard collaboratively as well as trimming footage and/or animation segments to sequence engaging video content.

You’ll be cutting to and adding music, dialogue, graphic overlays and effects, editing to logical sequences and coming up with creative ideas for our video learning materials, working to targets set by L&D team. We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who will be open to learning the ins and outs of our learning software to benefit our content generation.


·PC literate – must be proficient in Premier Pro and familiar with Creative Suite

·Solid knowledge of editing techniques

·Organise own workload

·Eye for detail

·Working knowledge of sound design

You’ll need a good sense of timing and visual awareness and display a mixture of practical and creative skills. We’re looking for someone with solid attention to detail who has patience and concentration and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
